We have been here several times and we never had a bad experience however this time I do have a few comments which I hope will help you to improve your service.
Firstly these are little things and in no way have put me off booking again.
1) please can you install more dog foul bins on my walks around with the dog I only counted 4! I know it’s not a big deal but I did see people putting dog bags in the general bins it smells!
2) The convenience store is not very continent again not a massive issue but I did have to drive down to the town on a couple of occasions for things that I know are normally in there 1 been Ice! The freezers were empty!!
3) Again a very small matter but I feel it would of given a much better service, on check out the girl I handed the key too never even acknowledge me with anything more than morning! I would of liked a thank you for your stay I hope everything was ok and you had a nice time! I didn’t even get a goodbye!

However overall a very pleasant week for what we wanted and we will book again but I hope you find the above points in good spirit and hopefully address them as you feel fit.

The holiday park was faultless - unfortunately the surrounding area was not great - there was no map or directions on how to get down to the beach - we were able to find the cliff but no directions on the beach itself. The sea was very dark and muddy looking so not the best part of Yorkshire to visit if you want to enjoy being in the sea. The location of the holiday park was not local to tourist sights and everywhere was over an hours drive away.
