The main issue with the site is that there are no paths to the caravans or access for cars. The weather was very cold and wet which meant walking over very boggy muddy grass. We had to park in the car park and walk over the muddy grass with all of the bags (2 trips).
I book 2 Sun holidays a year and have never been to a site like this.

On a good note all the staff were lovely, the food was nice and good value for money and my son enjoyed hours of fun in the swimming pool and arcades.

Perfect for families in all weather. Caravan was spot on. A little cold but expected at this time of year so we took a extra heater. Any repairs were done within 30minutes. The entertainment is all day and night and staff go above and beyond making it feel personal. It has everything the big companies have but smaller meaning less busy. Lots to see and do on sight with a bus stop at the entrance to Scarborough and Filey. Perfectly located. My new annual holiday.

Caravan was spotlessly clean and very well equipt with everything we needed. Downside is not being able to park near caravan loadening etc tricky with a baby. The park facilities need huge investment urgently. The pool is too shallow even for my little girl it's not a pool you can swim in. The pool area itself is quite grotty. Restaurant food not up to standard and not enough staff to cope with demand making it long wait times for both food and drinks. The overall feel of the park is that it is run down and needs tlc. Entertainment is no where near as good as at Haven parks. Location to Scarborough is good and also to the beach. Staff try and help but the atmosphere in all places of the park is that of a chaotic nature and lack of organisation. The member of staff who removed one of the beds for our travel cot was really friendly and helpful.
We would not stay at this park again unless the facilities and entertainment were greatly upgraded.
