The caravan we stayed in was extremely spacious and spotless. Perfect for a family and four and there was definitely space for more in the lounge.

The kids club was fun, we took the children in a morning, it was only brief but each day a different activity and helped to keep them occupied.

Sadly I had a little accident on the soft play (all my own doing due to week ankles) but all the staff were extremely helpful, bringing ice and water and waiting with me whilst my husband went to collect the car.

The one downside I would say is that as it’s largely owner based the caravans the pool is only available for holiday makers at set times throughout the day which can impact on your plans for the day. As a result we only used it twice the whole week.

Overall though it was a lovely caravan park.

I have sent pictures of mouldy bedding and which had blood on as well I wrote a long letter of complaint and I have heard nothing when arriving in the caravan we had bedding for four not six and heaters didn't work but the main thing is its totally totally unhygienic and cross contamination and diabolical blood is the worst

Place was lovely. Could do with more Bar Staff. The pool was freezing the whole week. The place itself though was clean and tidy. We went as a large party so enjoyed the site.

Lovely quiet caravan site but need to know that there are steep walks to the van and if you are at the top, some may struggle. The entertainments team need to review how they do competitions with the kids. How do you tell a 4 year old child that their dancing wasn't good enough to win an activity pack?? The amount of invested money surely there is enough to give every child a small prize? The same applies to the arcades. Surely the site receives a high value of revenue to reduce the number of needed to claim a gift at ticket desk - 150 tickets for a rubber, really?

It would be nice if the staff, albeit helpful and friendly, would clean surfaces and floors! Tables grubby, floors sticky and cigarette ends everywhere!

Borth itself is lovely but it is doubtful I would return to that particular caravan site
