The caravan was a massive disappointment from the start, we asked to be moved closer to the entertainment and closer to where our relatives caravan was - no one seemed to want to help, we paid extra to take our dog and ended up with a run down caravan right at the bottom of the park which we had to walk up with a baby everyday just to meet family and play in the park. The caravan floor in the kitchen was bubbling so we kept tripping on it, the lights fused when we switched them on one night so had to rummage around in the dark to find the electric box, there was no hot water one day as the boiler wouldn't light.
There was no central heating like what was in our relatives van either. We feel like we paid more and was worse off than other who had paid less and got pretty much a new nicer van. The breakfast was expensive and was cold when you got it from the self service area. We paid for the entertainment passes and we're not informed until we got to the park that the dog wouldn't be able to go into the evening events. Also the one night we did go to the entertainment there was a toilet in the men's that had what looked like poo all over it (this is not an exaggeration, it was all over) we reported it twice about an hour apart and it was still there until we left. We are overall very disappointed and will not be returning.

Only one thing would be for park owners to take into account that perhaps all holiday makers do not drive and make pedestrian friendly routes on way in to park. Very dangerous especially with kids. Other than that great experience.
