Been to Sandy Bay a few years running now, highly recommend the park. Gorgeous beach is a stone throw away. Pool not very big but indoor and heated with great activities. Decent amusements with very helpful staff with good stocked ticket exchange shop. Grocery shop on site well stocked but lacks fresh fruit and veg and not a lot of frozen food variety. Mariners Rise based caravan was absolutely immaculate and had everything could possibly need even a washer dryer! Security and maintenance very easy to get hold of. Boathouse restaurant has soft play and great selection of meals. Fish and chip shop is delicious too. Only thing that lets park down is the toilets near swimming baths, could do with extending and making sure cleaned regularly. The best thing on the park is the club! Plenty of activities throughout the day for children of all ages from toddlers to teenagers. And lots of fun on a night with the Troupers, park live acts and disco etc. Special shout out to PHIL! He’s fantastic! Funny, welcoming and hardworking! 10/10!

It was dog friendly so I wasn’t expecting much but it had a bad smell which we couldn’t shift. And it just looked a bit grubby and worn.
