Very disappointed after going away with 3 other families and ourselves and 1 other family paid upgrade for heating.
We did not receive this and so moved caravans, which I can only describe as what felt like being downgraded! The caravan was old and dirty.
Very disappointing that our friends that did not pay for an upgrade were allocated brand New caravans with heating.
On questioning reception they explained this sometimes happen.
I work in hospitality, always upgrade your paying guests before offering complimentary upgrades to those that haven’t paid for it!!
This is just crazy and left us feeling cheated

For this reason we will not be booking Park dene again
