We enjoyed the location and had a great time in general. However we did have an issue with the caravans cleanliness. But my major bug bear that spoiled my break was an eight birth caravan with only one key. With two groups sharing one caravan and both going on separate trips out was a major problem, with one of us having to cut short there day out just to let the other back in. Or just waiting to go out because one party would be leaving later and back after the first party.. What a pain for the sake of a £10 lock... Awe well we're back now, not sure if we'll consider using Parkdean again. Problem could have been resolved but ignored..

Pool area was filthy. Outdoor shoes worn next to pool. Hair balls in and around the pool. Showers covered in black mould. Food below average at best. Food & drink very expensive

The caravan was lovely and the actual site is well maintained. However, the shop was really small and lacking in fresh food such as fruit, sandwiches, microwaveable snacks. Plus the opening hours were too short. The pool was very small, the changing area was dirty and the staff were basically young teens who really didn't care. Had to queue every single time we went, sometimes up to 45mins-1hr which isn't ideal when you have impatient toddlers! Finally the Entertainment was fairly basic and lacking in structure. Lots of kids were just bored.

The food in the complex was not cooked to standard. Our caravan was not ready on arrival we had to wait 40 minutes after check in time which was very difficult with young children. The park itself was very clean and the staff were really nice but I feel check in could be better organized and major improvements on the food.
