Close to shops and transport links. Bus stops not far away and footpath or road walk to train and bus stations. Used the pool and play parks most days. Disappointed that return ferry booking made by Parkdean was for the wrong day but rearranged fairly quickly, however still awaiting reply from customer service on this matter.

A good park for young families and it is convenient for the beach even though it’s a 15 minute walk there’s plenty of things to see and do

Once again just small things that needed to be sorted, broken path light and loos need regular checking. I know visitor numbers are high but clean loos are important as it can lower your score for the rest of the park. We always remember bad points as they affect your outlook.

Reception staff never dealt with t complaint. Or chased it’s up to see if I was ok. I called about my carbon monoxide alarm going off and no one got back to me
