Problems booking online so had to call. Lady was extremely helpful. Booked within a weeks notice.
This park is definitely NOT as described on the website!!
Thankfully my accommodation must have been upgraded as we had a fabulous.
We booked breakfast included...what a fiasco that was.
4 days...only the last day they got it right. It's not rocket science guys, and not as if it was busy, in fact quite the opposite.

Monday to Friday breaks do not have any visiting entertainment, just the on site entertainers. Yet Fri to Monday get visiting ones each night??

Overall I'd say there are better parks to stay in the area...and won't be returning.

Hi Jane,

Thank you for completing this review.

We are pleased that we were able to get you booked up in short notice, and that the team were helpful. It is also lovely to hear that you liked your accommodation.

We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with the breakfast on more than one occasion, I will share your feedback with the management team in the restaurant, who will look into this.

Regarding the entertainment, during the peak season we do operate a livelier entertainment programme. This is a mixture of external guests and acts, and trouper shows.

We are sorry that you would not return to Coopers Beach again in the future. We do have 71 holiday parks in total, we hope to welcome you back to an alternative park again in the future.

Clacton on seaGB
The entertainment manager should take complaints made to her staff seriously. More time should be taken to pay attention to the children. This was a returning holiday for our group after a fantastic holiday last year. We will not return to this campsite again. Which is a shame because the campsite caravan and amenities are great!

Hi Jenny,

We take all feedback and complaints shared with us very seriously. Throughout the peak season, and particularly the month of August, the park is at full capacity. As we have high volumes of children on the park, we may not always be able to spend one on one time with all of the children.

We can certainly take your feedback on board, and we are sorry for any disappointment caused to you, and your little ones.

We do have 71 holiday parks in total, we hope to have the chance to welcome you back to one of our parks again in the future. Thank you for completing this review.
