The caravan has to be one of the nicest we've stayed in when all was working. We couldn't get when we arrived, maintenance we're very apologetic & after nearly of hour of trying different set of keys he had got one to fit & have new one cut. In the space of the week we were without gas three times, boiler was sorted quickly, once needing a new part. The food at the bar was generally nice, quite often large ques at the bar & a few times my chips were cold. Our first evening out we had to wait an hour for the kids ice creams & after asking three members of staff & each time being told they would get them straight away we finally got them by which time the kids didn't want them, the rest of the week there were no issues what so ever. The pool/changing area was one of the nicest we've also had at a Parkdean Resorts although the showers never really worked while we were there & on the Thursday before we left the pool was not heated so we had to give it a miss. Putting the little issues we had here if we were to stay near Kings Lynn again then would probably go back to Heacham Beach.

Good site clean and tidy good facilities. But the caravans are to CLOSE to each other.

Accomodation great. Location excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were all good except the paid-for broadband. We paid for the super fast premium service and most of the time could not access a basic email account. Accessing help was slow and ultimately the problem was blamed on our devices not their service, despite repeated messages advising not enough bandwidth.
