Absolutely superb holiday. Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation and excellent customer service. Reception staff cannot do enough for you and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Special mention to the lovely janette who has made our stay amazing for the past 3 years. All staff in the club, takeaway, resteraunt and shop are lovely too. All in all, fantastic holiday.

The swimming pool was cold, advertised as a heated pool. The map shows crazy golf yet no sign of it anyway, the park was for under 6 only so nothing for older children we had a 6,9 and 12 year old with us. Evening entertainment could have been better and only 15 minute disco at 6.30.

The only eat in place on site was a cafe. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. But it wasn't the kind of atmosphere I wanted to eat an evening meal in, I expected a nice restaurant. Having stayed at Trecco Bay a couple of times where there is loads of choice to eat your evening meal, I expected a similar set up. The site itself was very outdated and basic, again the complete opposite to Trecco Bay. The arcade was dingy, small and unwelcoming. The pool was very basic. The evening entertainment was very good, but every night was singing. It would have been nice to see a bit of variety

We didn’t realise how our if the way this park is you needed to drive everywhere. It’s all on a hill with the facilities at the top and caravans at the bottom was difficult pushing a pram up so I wouldn’t say it’s wheelchair friendly. Twice at night we went for a meal on site after we sat down to be told they’d ran out of food.. so we had to go hunting for a place to eat at 7pm. The pool was clean but freezing and they had all the fire exits open baring in mind this was April and only 11 degrees when we were there so this made getting out the pool to get dressed blooming painful.
