We were put smack bang in he middle of a party consisting of 3 or 4 caravans who were very loud as they would join up every evening. It prevented our toddler from sleeping at his usual time but as we were on holiday, we just let it be. Just wish our location would've been considered if possible

The parking was atrocious. We were in a vixen caravan and there was only a car park, not spaces directly outside of the caravans. The spaces were too small and the opposites were too close. Everybody commented on it together. It was a struggle to get in and out every single time. The only way that carpark would be suitable is if everyone had a smart car.

Walton on ThamesGB
Park is too far away from Torquay town centre and seafront.
Definitely needs a lot of tlc as the facilities look rundown, as do the outside of all the apartments.
A bus shuttle service needs to run via the park, as it's too far out to walk to Torquay seafront and should be something that should have been looked at when building the park in that particular location.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
WiFi networks were shocking to say the least.
My daughter loved the playground, although it did state there was a playgyand adventure playground. This was completely misleading. They were just a few sets of playground equipment situated together.

Hi Tara,

Where we are not able to change the location of the park, I can certainly share your recommendation regarding a shuttle bus that travels to Torquay.

We are pleased that you liked the team, and that your daughter liked the playground area. We are sorry, however, that you felt the website was misleading. I will share your feedback with the appropriate teams who will look into this accordingly.

We do hope to welcome you back to one of our 71 holiday parks again in the future. Thank you for completing this review.

Enjoyed the area but would not use this sight again. Not the standard we are used to from Parkdean sites we’ve used before.
