Our Favourite Things to do at Lizard Point

Lizard Point lies at the heart of the Lizard Peninsula, an area famous for its gentle climate, unique landscapes and rich history. Wander the South West Coast Path here and you'll encounter rugged headlands carpeted with exotic wildflowers, hidden coves sheltering unspoilt beaches and some quintessentially Cornish fishing hamlets. It's a magical place to be.

Standout coastal attractions include Kynance Cove, with its brilliant white sands and iridescent waters and the Lizard Lighthouse; which you can climb for sweeping views. Elsewhere, Roskilly's serves up over 30 kinds of classic Cornish ice cream. Yum! Local residents like Malcolm, also say that nearby Falmouth is a one of the best places to sail in Cornwall, “I still have two boats, I love sailing in what is known as Carrick Roads and going up the creeks.”
