Hub passes allow you to access the facilities on park, such as the swimming pool, kids' clubs, club house, amusements and the entertainment complex. Hub passes are optional, however, if you don't have a Hub pass, you will only be permitted to use the shop, cafe/restaurant and launderette. Children under 2 are not charged for Hub passes.
Every promotional booking will have at least four Hub passes automatically added to the booking, as the promotion is based on four people sharing. However, if there are less than four in your party, you only need to pay for the amount of people going on holiday. To amend these requirements, log in to your booking and select the "Amend Extras" option. Alternatively, please contact us via Manage My Booking. Our friendly team are available on Live Chat via the ‘chat now’ button located in the bottom right corner. Please note, any amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your holiday start date; any changes made after this will not be refunded. You can purchase Hub passes when you are on the holiday park, however, they may be charged at a higher rate.
