You can enjoy visiting your holiday home throughout the ownership season, which varies between our parks, ranging from 8 to 12 months. Owners can holiday as often as they like within their specified holiday season and pitch agreement terms. However, Parkdean Resorts holiday parks are not residential parks and holiday homes cannot be occupied as a permanent residence.
