Please refer to your promotional operator’s terms and conditions for further details regarding cancellations and any payments made directly to them. The cancellation charges in clause 38 will only apply in relation to any monies paid directly to Parkdean Resorts. If you cancel your holiday more than 70 days prior to arrival, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total holiday value. For promotional bookings, 'total holiday value' is defined as the total amount payable to Parkdean Resorts.
