If you choose to book your holiday over the phone, by speaking to a team member in our contact centre or at one of our holiday parks, a small non-refundable booking service fee of £9.50 will be applied.
The booking service fee will not apply to individuals whose disability or impairment means that they cannot book their holiday using our website, or where terms 13 or 14 apply.
