Swimming pool was very cold on arrival, area and changing rooms around pool dirty -nappy bins overflowing and unemptied on first day and still exactly the same when we left. Pool dirty, plasters and other bits floating around. Toilets unclean, our caravan was located next to base for park staff and constantly woken up by vehicles coming and going. Mattress in caravan very worn and uncomfortable. Enjoyed the location of mullion and the area but felt the accommodation and facilities could have been upgraded and looked after better, at least cleaned regularly.

Very short staffed! An hour late on having the chalet ready with no apology. Only one member of staff overworked in the arcade. Pool is too small and shallow. On site shop shuts at 6pm and no other shop nearby. Major problem was lack of staff. Chalet was ok though which after reading reviews i was concerned about. Went to this site a few years zgo and enjoyed it. Gone downhill since.
